Garibaldi Secondary music students are getting ready for their annual winter concert titled Music is Better with Cookies.
The event, which will be held online and in person in the GSS gym, takes place on December 7, and will be broken up into two shows. Shortbread will begin at 5:30, featuring the elementary band and senior jazz band, followed by Gingerbread at 7 p.m., which will consist of the Grade 8 band, Grade 9 junior band, junior jazz band, senior jazz band, concert choir, and vocal jazz.
Masks, a health check, and sign-in will be mandatory for all attendees. Those who wish to enjoy the concert from home, may do so by going to the livestream.
