Maple Ridge – Pitt Meadows School District makes its facilities available on a rental basis to groups, organizations and individual members of the public. The SD42 Facility Rentals department handles all booking requests.

Booking a facility

If you are interested in booking an SD42 facility, please follow the steps outlined below:

Contact the SD42 rental department by phone at 604.466.6159 or email at booking_clerk@sd42.ca with your inquiry, including information about which facility you are hoping to book, timing and date, and what the rental would be used for.
Once the rental department has received your inquiry, staff will confirm venue availability and process the request.
If your request is approved, you will receive a rental agreement via email. Payment for permits is due on approval and proof of insurance must be provided.
