Booking a facility

If you are interested in booking an SD42 facility, please follow the steps outlined below:

Contact the SD42 rental department by phone at 604.466.6159 or email at booking_clerk@sd42.ca with your inquiry, including information about which facility you are hoping to book, timing and date, and what the rental would be used for.
Once the rental department has received your inquiry, staff will confirm venue availability and process the request.
If your request is approved, you will receive a rental agreement via email. Payment for permits is due on approval and proof of insurance must be provided.

Category definitions

Category
NPO Preferred	Preferred rental rates for activities involving primarily school-aged children (under 19) organized by a Non-Profit Organization.
NPO	Rental rates for Non-Profit Organizations (“NPO”) defined as registered charity, club, society or association organized for purposes other than profit.
Private	Rental rates for private entities – an individual or a group that is neither a commercial entity nor an NPO.
Commercial	Rental rates for commercial entities – an individual or a group operating a business or activity for profit.
Licensed Child Care	Shall include licensed child care providers as defined in section 85.1 (1) of the School Act.
School Use	Regular school curricular and extra-curricular activities, including activities of the school PAC and DPAC that are supervised by school district staff.
