Based on the groundbreaking work of Dr. Gordon Neufeld, this free presentation will address how children are meant to be in right relationship with their adults. It will clarify what it means ‘to be in charge’ through the lens of attachment, discerning how we were meant to lead by having natural authority as we raise our children.
There is an increasing number of children who are moving to take charge in the home, making parenting and teaching them a challenge. From exhaustion in the adult to an insatiability in the child, our kids are falling out of relationship with us. When we lose our natural authority with our children, we cannot create the conditions for them to mature and realize their full human potential.
This presentation will provide insight and strategies for building strong relationships with kids that preserve and protect an adult’s rightful place in their lives.
